The strength of Eastlynn lies in its leadership, which boasts a combined experience of over 65 years across prestigious international and domestic hospitality chains.
Shashi Razdan – Co-Founder & Hospitality Veteran: With 36 years of leadership experience, Shashi has held senior roles at global chains including IHG, The Oberoi, and Imperial Delhi. He previously oversaw 28 hotels as the Head of the South Asia Region for Louvre Hotels (Golden Tulip) and was a founding member and COO of Inde Hotels & Resorts.
Randhir Sharma – Co-Founder & Operations Expert: Randhir brings 28 years of expertise from the Oberoi Hotels, Radisson Group, and Louvre Hotels. A specialist in hotel openings and sales strategy, he is known for a "people-first" management style that delivers consistent service excellence and profitability.
